The best thing about February is that it's short.

The common pronunciation of February is /ˈfɛbyuˌɛri/feb-yoo-er-ee, with the first /r/ replaced by /y/, is the result of dissimilation, the tendency of like sounds to become unlike when they follow each other closely. An additional influence is analogy with January.
Personally, I prefer to say Feb-yoo-wer-ee. That's easy.
I say Feb-yoo-wer-ee, too. But every time I say it, I wonder if I should pronounce brewery as byoo-wery.
That would depend on the results of your most recent visit to the byoo-wery!
